- 1 lb Angus steak, cut into cubes
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup red and green bell peppers, diced
- 2 tsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tsp Creole seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- ⅛ tsp honey (optional)

- 1 cup yellow rice (prepared according to package instructions)

- Cook the Steak:
- In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the cubed steak and cook for about 5 minutes on one side until browned. Flip the steak and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
